As the core equipment of the crushing process of the ore dressing plant, the operation rate of the cone crusher often affects the operating cost of the entire mine to a great extent. During the crushing process of the crusher, the fixed cone lining plate and the fixed cone body are fixed, while the movable cone lining plate and the movable cone body not only rotate at a slow speed, but also move with the lateral stroke of the eccentric sleeve, and the large pieces of ore are moving. The cone is broken during the rotation and transverse stroke movement, so the moving cone lining wears faster. The following will introduce the cause analysis and preventive measures for the rupture of the cone crushing cone liner.
A、 Analysis of causes of rupture of moving cone liner
1. The liner was not leveled and adjusted when it was installed. It was tilted to one side. When the liner was broken, the load around the liner was uneven, causing the liner to break.
2. When the liner is installed, the filler is not fully mixed and evenly mixed, and the filling strength is low, causing the liner to break during crushing.
3. When the lining is installed, the filling time is not enough to solidify. The filler is not completely solidified and the strength is low, causing the lining to break during driving.
4. When the liner is installed, the locking screws are not tightened in place and the tightening strength is not enough. The liner becomes loose during the crushing process, causing the liner to break.
5. When the liner is installed, the upper compression cutting ring is not welded firmly, or the weld is worn and opened during the crushing process, causing the liner to become loose, causing the liner to break.
6. During the crushing process, iron blocks often enter the crushing cavity. The iron blocks are harder and the crushing load increases. When the rated load of the liner is exceeded, the liner will break.
B、 Preventive measures for rupture of moving cone liner
1. Level and adjust the liner when installing so that the load around the liner is evenly balanced during crushing.
2. When installing the liner, the filler must be thoroughly mixed and evenly stirred to ensure higher strength after the filling solidifies.
3. When installing the liner, the filler solidification time is generally required to be about 16 hours to completely solidify the filler and ensure sufficient strength before it can be broken.
4. When installing the lining plate, the locking screws must be tightened in place and the tightening strength is sufficient to prevent the lining plate from loosening during the crushing process.
5. When the liner is installed, the upper compression cutting ring and the liner are welded firmly. During the crushing process, check whether the weld is open once a month. If it is, re-weld it firmly.
6. In order to prevent iron pieces from frequently entering the crushing cavity during the crushing process, a reasonable electromagnetic iron remover is installed at the head of the feeding belt to remove the iron pieces that enter the crushing cavity so that the materials on the lining plate are balanced and even during the crushing process.
When the load around the cone crushing cone liner is even and all aspects of performance are optimized and in the best condition, production costs can be greatly reduced, production efficiency can be improved, and greater benefits can be brought to the enterprise.
