Brief description of crushing process:

The main stone material in this quarry is pebbles. The raw materials are first screened by a vibrating screen, and the upper layer materials enter the jaw crusher for primary crushing;

The lower material enters the sand washing machine and spiral sand washing machine, and is panned to directly produce the finished natural sand.

The pebbles have relatively hard hardness. After the primary crushing by the jaw crusher, the cone crusher performs secondary crushing and fine crushing. In order to meet production needs, some equipment has been redesigned and specially customized.
