Brief description of crushing process:

First, the stone is evenly and continuously fed into the jaw crusher for preliminary crushing under the action of the vibrating feeder;

Then the coarsely crushed stone is sent to the spring cone crusher by a belt conveyor for re-crushing;

Secondly, the finely crushed stone is screened by a vibrating screen, and materials with different particle sizes are sent to the sand making machine for re-crushing to make sand; stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned by the belt conveyor and sent to the vertical shaft impact crusher again. Broken, forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles.

Finally, the materials output from the sand making machine are sent to the vibrating screen for separation. After separation, the materials are sent to the sand washing machine, dehydration screen, etc. to dry out the finished sand.
