Working principle of vertical double-roller sand making machine

The main body of vertical double-roller sand making machine is two rotating rollers that press up and down.The material is sent into the gap between the two rollers through the conveying equipment. On one side, the material is pulled into the roller gap, and on the other side, the air spring on the upper part of the roller exerts pressure on the upper roller to crush the material between the roller gaps. Finally, the material is removed from the roller gap. It falls behind the gap, passes through the hopper, and is output by the conveying equipment.
